Cancellation
We understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable. However, to respect the time of both my clients and my business, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.
No-call / no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
This policy allows me the opportunity to fill your reserved appointment time and continue providing the best experience for all clients. Thank you so much for understanding and respecting my time.
